The value for money at Spectrum Rooms was unbeatable. The room was super modern, incredibly clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was great, just a short walk to the best beach and a quick Uber ride to the old town. The host, Cvjetana, was the kindest and most caring person we've ever come across during our travels.
When it comes to breakfast choices, it would have been great to have some more variety, like a selection of plates, bowls, and cutlery in the communal area.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Spectrum Rooms! The room was incredibly modern and clean, with all the little details taken care of. The king size bed was so comfortable and the air conditioning kept the room nice and cool. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the best beach in Dubrovnik and a quick Uber ride to the old town. There was even a supermarket nearby for convenience. The host, Cvjetana, was the kindest and most caring person I've ever encountered in Croatia. She always responded quickly to my messages and was full of helpful suggestions. The common area had a fantastic coffee machine, as well as a kettle and complimentary tea. I also appreciated the umbrellas provided in case of rain and the ironing board and iron available in the closet. I highly recommend Spectrum Rooms for an amazing stay in Dubrovnik!
The only drawbacks I can think of are that the location is a bit out of the centre and the building itself is in need of renovation. However, the rooms themselves are fully renovated and the stay was still fantastic.

The rooms were clean and modern with great amenities, including beach towels and free parking nearby. Plus, the host was friendly and helpful.
The location was a bit out of the way and the building itself was in need of renovation. While the rooms had been updated, the basement location could lead to a bit of humidity.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. the rooms were immaculate, and every detail was covered, including high-end toiletries and a coffee maker with plenty of coffee. the location was ideal, with a beautiful beach just a 10-minute walk away, and plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. the property manager and her son were incredibly accommodating and always available to answer my questions and provide recommendations. Their hospitality was exceptional, and I felt like a VIP guest.
The only downside of this hotel is that it's a bit far from the city's old town, but there is a convenient bus connection that is easy to use. this hotel was a fantastic value for the price, and I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling on business or pleasure.

The signage to find the property could be more prominent.
