The stay here was really amazing in the old town. The room was tastefully decorated and equipped with an excellent smart TV, tea. The location was marvellous, very close to plenty of local restaurants to enjoy, Lapad beach and several good restaurants and Dubrovnik. We appreciated it.

The value for money at Spectrum Rooms was unbeatable. The room was super modern, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The host, Cvjetana, was the kindest and most caring person we've ever come across during our travels.

When it comes to breakfast choices, it would have been great to have some more variety, like a selection of plates, bowls, and cutlery in the communal area.

Rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable with new amenities. Free parking and marketplace nearby. Quiet neighborhood in favorite part of the city. Host is friendly and responsive.

The host, Cvjetana, was the kindest and most caring person I've ever encountered in Croatia. She always responded quickly to my messages and was full of helpful suggestions. The common area had a fantastic coffee machine, as well as a kettle and complimentary tea. I also appreciated the umbrellas provided in case of rain and the ironing board and iron available in the closet. I highly recommend Spectrum Rooms for an amazing stay in Dubrovnik!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The facilities were super modern and clean. The location was close to the beautiful tourist area of Lapad, with lots of great restaurants nearby and the ferry port a short walk away. We also appreciated the free parking and reliable transportation options.

The location was a bit out of the way and the building itself was in need of renovation. While the rooms had been updated, the basement location could lead to a bit of humidity.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. the rooms were immaculate, and every detail was covered, including high-end toiletries and a coffee maker with plenty of coffee. the location was ideal, with a beautiful beach just a 10-minute walk away, and plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. the property manager and her son were incredibly accommodating and always available to answer my questions and provide recommendations. Their hospitality was exceptional, and I felt like a VIP guest.

The only downside of this hotel is that it's a bit far from the city's old town, but there is a convenient bus connection that is easy to use. this hotel was a fantastic value for the price, and I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling on business or pleasure.

Staying in this amazing accommodation is simply the best decision to make in Croatia. Located in a secure building, it's at just the right distance from the touristy old town and close to the marvelous Lapad beach. the room is fantastic, with an incredibly large bathroom and all the necessary amenities, including a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and tea. the welcoming hostess is always ready to offer useful suggestions, and the lobby smells amazing.
